Q: I placed my order, how long will it take me to receive my items?
A: Please allow 3-7 days for processing and 2-3 for delivery. If you require faster delivery time, please pick expedited shipping (cost will differ).
Q: I placed my order but I haven't received a confirmation email yet, when should I expect to receive one?
A: Confirmation emails go out almost immediately after the order has been placed and paid with us. Please check your email folders (spam, junk, etc). Additionally review your order form to ensure you gave the correct email address. If you still are experiencing problems and haven't received the order please contact us directly as soon as possible at email@example.com.
Q: The products I purchased are different that they appeared on your website, can I return my items?
A: Unfortunately we cannot issue returns due to sanitary reasons. It is also important to note that our vendors hand make each item and then ship it to us. After inspection we send it to you. This can cause the product to look slightly different than on the website but we can assure you is the same high quality. If an item is broken, or raises concerns please email us about the specifics along with pictures via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: I hear you are NYC based, I am also NYC based and would like to have the option of getting my products dropped off instead of shipped, is there anyway we can arrange that?
A: Of course! When you save on shipping, we save on shipping! Please indicate local drop off in the notes section of the checkout, we will waive the shipping fee. After you have placed the order please email us directly at email@example.com with the whole name placed on the order and we can coordinate order drop-off. Additionally, please indicate if the order needs to be same-day.

Q: If I want to sell my brand of products through Coniqua's Vanity Store, how would I go about that?
A: That's a great question! We always welcome the opportunity to learn about new brands. Please reach out to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Within the email please tell us all about your brand (what products you sell, detail if the brand is Black, Women or Minority owned, how long you have been in business for *if you have not yet launched please provide us with information on when you plan to launch* and your target audience). Additionally your contact information and wholesale price-list or line sheet.
Q: How do you pick the brands you have in your store?
A: Just like you we are always looking for new and exciting products! Not only that, but we used our Vanity Standard for getting brands in our store. We are committed to being a retailer that values products made for Black women and people, promote wellness, are high quality and are primarily Black owned. We look through tons of websites, social media pages and talk to many people to find brands that represent you and exist to serve you!
Q: When will you bring new brands to the store?
A: Quality is really important to use. We value quality over quantity, we review brands on an ongoing basis. So we are constantly reaching out to brands to ensure our list of vendors meets the standards of Coniqua's Vanity Store and embodies our mission and vision. As we continue to add new brands to our store, trust me, you will be one of the first to know! Be sure to sign up for our mailing list so you are one of the first to be notified.
